Veeqy is a personal AI assistant that you talk to inside Telegram. This page explains what happens to what you send it, in plain language. If anything here is unclear, message me and I'll explain it.
Who is responsible
Veeqy is operated by VEEQY COM, a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia, reachable through the Telegram account you subscribed with. For the purposes of Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), VEEQY COM is the data controller for the information described on this page.
What we hold
- Your conversations with the assistant — the messages you send and the replies it gives, stored so it can keep context between sessions.
- Your subscription details — the Telegram account you signed up with, your plan, and the dates your subscription started, paused or ended.
- Payment records — the fact that a payment was received, its date and amount. We do not receive or store card numbers: payment is by bank transfer or DuitNow QR, so the transaction details stay between you and your bank.
- Operational logs — error and usage information needed to keep your assistant running.
What we do not collect
- No access to your email inbox, WhatsApp, calendar, contacts or files. The assistant only sees what you paste or send to it.
- No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts, no cookies on this website.
- No profile of you built for advertising, and nothing sold to anyone.
Who processes it
To generate a reply, your message is sent to a third-party AI model provider — currently DeepSeek's model (deepseek-v4.1-flash), accessed through OpenRouter, which routes the request to DeepSeek. That provider processes your message in order to return an answer, under its own terms and retention policy. This is how any hosted AI assistant works; it isn't possible to give you model-generated replies without it.
If that changes — a different model, a different provider — this page is updated before the change takes effect, and we'll say so in the chat.
Your assistant runs in its own isolated environment. Other members' conversations are not stored alongside yours, and they cannot see your content.
How long we keep it
Conversation history is kept for as long as your subscription is active, so the assistant can keep context. If you cancel, your environment and its history are removed within 30 days of your last paid month ending, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Payment records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to us processing it. Message the assistant or me directly; we will act within 21 days. Withdrawing consent generally means the service can no longer run for you, and we will tell you if that is the case before acting.
Security
Access to your environment is limited to the operator. Data is stored on servers we control, and credentials are held in encrypted form. No system is perfect: if a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant authority as required by the PDPA.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that affects what we do with your data, we will tell you in the chat before the change takes effect.
This page describes current practice. Questions or a deletion request: message the assistant you subscribed with, or use the contact on the main page.
