Terms of service

These are the terms for using Veeqy. They're short on purpose — if something here is unclear, ask in the chat before you pay, and I'll answer plainly.

Veeqy is provided by VEEQY COM, a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia.

What you're buying

A monthly subscription to a personal AI assistant that runs in Telegram, in its own isolated environment, operated by one person. Setup is done by hand, usually the same day you subscribe.

Price and payment

• RM49/month for the first 20 members. After the first twenty places are taken, new members pay RM79/month.
• If you join in the first twenty, your price stays RM49/month for as long as your subscription stays active and unbroken.
• Payment is by bank transfer or DuitNow QR. There is no card stored and no automatic charge — you pay when the month comes up, and the assistant will remind you in the chat. If payment isn't received, access pauses; it isn't deleted, and paying restores it.
• A receipt is issued for every payment on request.

Cancelling

Message the assistant and say you want to stop. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for; you keep access until then. No form, no call, no explanation required.

Refunds

If Veeqy isn't what you expected, tell me within 7 days of your first payment and I'll refund that payment in full, no questions asked. After the first month, refunds are at my discretion — usually where the service was unavailable for a significant part of the month you paid for.

What the assistant is not

• It drafts and researches; you approve and send. It is not a lawyer, accountant, doctor or financial adviser, and its output should be checked before you rely on it for anything consequential.
• It only knows what you tell it. It cannot see your inbox, WhatsApp, calendar or files unless you paste content in.
• Model output can be wrong, including confidently wrong. Use judgement on anything that matters.

Acceptable use

Don't use Veeqy for anything illegal, to harass anyone, to generate content that sexualises minors, or to attack or overload the service. Don't attempt to access another member's environment. Accounts doing these things are suspended without refund.

Availability

I aim to keep it running continuously and to warn you in the chat before planned maintenance. It runs on third-party infrastructure and AI providers, so occasional downtime is possible. If it's down for more than 48 hours in a paid month, tell me and I'll extend your subscription by the lost time.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, my total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three months. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

If these terms or the price change in a way that affects you, I'll tell you in the chat at least 30 days before it takes effect. Your existing price is protected for as long as you stay subscribed, as stated above.
